  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at our official support email with your Order ID, product images, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions to ship the product back.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processedand credited  within 5–7 working days. original payment method .

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong items, we offer a free replacement after verification.

  • Replacement and exchange will  delivery may take 7–10 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy
